Are Golf America Group’s programs expensive?
Not at all! Golf America helps golf courses, spas and ski resorts find customers for their off peak times and our sporting event tickets are bought at bulk rates. By helping our partners in the golf, ski and spa industries drive traffic to their venues during off-peak times they in return offer their services at a discount to us. We are able to pass these savings along to our customers, while the service providers know that some of the lost revenue will be made up in discretionary spending, such as food and souvenirs. As such, we can offer your organization extremely reasonable incentive programs that provide considerable returns to your company.
Can the recipient take a guest(s) with them to a participating golf course, ski resort or spa?
Yes! The recipient can take a guest with them; however, the gift certificate is good for one (1) complimentary round of golf, spa treatment or lift pass for one (1) person only. The guest(s) will be required to pay the normal fees associated with one (1) round of golf, spa treatment or lift ticket.
How does one redeem a Golf America Group gift certificate?
Step 1: The recipient is asked to please read the entire brochure including the terms and conditions on the back of this gift certificate
Step 2: Go to the Golf America Group consumer website at WWW.GOLFAMERICA.CA and select the state that you would like to golf, spa or ski. A list of participating golf courses, spas, ski resorts or sporting events will then appear.
Step 3: The customer then simply fills out the registration form and mails it to the address listed on the registration form.
Step 4: Once we have received all of the customer’s information, they will be sent correspondence providing details on how to finalize your golfing details.
Can the recipient use the gift certificate on the weekends (Friday thru Sunday)?
The Golf America Group gift certificates are valid for Monday thru Thursday only. The exception to this is the Big Ticket Sports Gift Certificate which is valid for any regular season (no playoffs or championships) game or event.
Can the gift certificate be used during any season?
Yes, the gift certificate can be used during any season, but is subject to availability at the participating venues.
Can the certificate be used at any golf course, ski resort or day spa in the U.S?
The certificate is valid at any participating golf course within the United States. Please visit the website for a complete listing of the participating golf courses, spas and ski resorts.
Can the gift certificate be given to a family member, associate, or friend of the recipient?
The certificate can be transferred to any person of the recipient’s choice.
Can the gift certificate be redeemed for cash?
The gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash. In addition, the gift certificate cannot be used for purchasing food, pro shop items, golf cart rentals, spa products, ski rentals or any other discretionary purchace.
Does the gift certificate expire?
Yes, the gift certificate expires on the date stamped in the upper left hand portion of the redeemable coupon.
